Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients 2 Ocean Mist Jumbo Artichokes, chopped
1/2 cup romano cheese
1/3 cup chopped red Onion
1-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
3-5 tablespoons sour cream
16 1/3-inch thick French bread baguette rounds

Directions Preparation:
Place first 3 ingredients in bowl. Mix in enough mayonnaise and sour cream to form thick spread (thickness and taste to your preference).
Preheat broiler. Top each bread round with bruschetta. Arrange baguette rounds onto baking sheet. Broil until spread is heated through and begins to brown (about 2 minutes). |
